Letter to Students
Dear Red Skelton Clown Students,
The time is now – our clown school is ready to rock! Hope you are too!!! Here are some final
details to help you get there!!
1) Make flight arrangements to land at Evansville Airport.
2) If you need a ride from Evansville there will be a shuttle service on the following
schedule:
Monday, June 7th: Noon, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm.
Tuesday, June 8th: Noon, 2pm, 4pm
3) Report to Vanderburg Hall when you arrive at Vincennes University. This is where check-
in occurs; room assignments and general school information will be handled. Once
checked in you are free to tour the area such as the Red Skelton Museum.
4) Weather should be warm so bring shorts and sneakers for classes.
5) Bring clown clothes, make-up; special clothes for the pie fight (rain coat, goggles, plastic
garbage bag, just a suggestion!).
6) We will be in a parade – can you walk one mile?
7) We will be taking a group photo at the mural during the Birthday Party – dressed in our
clown finest!
8 ) Dorm rooms are two people to a room and two rooms are separated by and share a
bathroom. Bedding is provided. You may want to bring your own pillow.
9) Please note that the class schedule is subject to adjustments and we will notify you as
soon as possible.
